The first Leadership Conference in Troy in February was a great success.  There were many requests to have a second one in another part of the state.  Well, here it is!

Sheena Monnin

Sheena is the CEO of Custom Life Design Consulting, she is a TV host and reporter, and is a twice-published author of self-help books that have received acclaim with readers across the country. She has been interviewed by CNN’s AC360, Inside Edition, Today Show, USA Today, Guardian, BBC, Buzz Feed, and many other media outlets. Sheena won the title of Miss Pennsylvania USA 2012 and competed at Miss USA in 2012.

Background - Doug’s community involvement runs deep starting at 9 years old. Doug is a former Life Scout, a Past President of the Jackson Jaycees, Fraternal Order of Eagles Aerie 612, a 22-year volunteer with Junior Achievement. He served on the board of Student Government both at Jackson College and Eastern Michigan University. Doug recently became involved with the SARAH Organization (Share Awareness Remember There’s Always Hope) a non-profit organization dedicated to Suicide Awareness among young adults. Doug’s philosophy “Getting Involved in your Community is the easy part, committing to Staying Involved takes a heart of determination. Doug has spent his entire life staying involved in Leadership opportunities.

Larry Castleberry  


Larry Castleberry is an automotive engineer, martial artist, speaker and story teller.  He is a father of 2 teenagers and resides in metro Detroit.  Thru the years Larry has learned how to apply the principles of the martial arts to deal with the obstacles and challenges that life presents.  Larry loves to talk and tell stories (just ask his mother).  He loves to share the lessons that he’s learned.

Jan Glowe-Janke


Jan’s God-given purpose is to splash love and joy onto everyone.  Knowing her God-given purpose has led Jan to more focus, energy, courage and joy.  She wants that for everyone!  She is passionate about coaching others to their purpose, their joy!  Jan is trained by Professional Christian Coaching Institute in the eleven core competencies required by the International Coaching Federation.  She also holds two Masters Degrees.


Jan is a teacher at heart (21 years teaching in public school classrooms and five years as a high school counselor).  In retirement (re-FIRE-ment!) her classroom has expanded.  She coaches “What on Earth Am I Here For?” Workshops, facilitates classes and speaks to groups.  Every Monday morning Jan hosts a “Splash Call”, a free 15-minute conference call which is all about starting your day/week in the Light rather than with your to-do list.

Kathleen enjoys spending time with her husband and two sons and currently lives in Chicago, IL.
